Building effective teams is critical for most advertising projects. But how do you do it? At this month's luncheon event, you'll participate in a fun and instructive hands-on design exercise that encourages teams to experience simple but profound lessons in collaboration, innovation and creativity. Learn techniques to foster fresh ideas and team rapport. Understand what helps teams do better or worse and what kills project potential and why. This exercise has been conducted by tens of thousands of people in every continent ranging from the CFOs of the Fortune 50 to students at all levels. The lessons learned are universal and you can benefit regardless of your position or profession in the advertising industry.

Energen has been a fantastic host for our events. They have just made some security changes that now require us to provide a list of all luncheon attendees in advance. From Energen's Group Events Coordinator:
"I have just been informed by our Facilities Services manager that we have new security procedures that have gone into effect immediately. From now on, we must present a list to the security guard, in advance, with the names of all that are attending. If someone is not on the list, they will not be able to enter the building. Please make everyone aware that they must RSVP for themselves and any guests or they will not be able to attend meetings at Energen Plaza. I'm sorry for this huge inconvenience, but this is a must if we want to continue using the space. The list can be sent to me the day before the meeting so I can pre-register the guests."
