Peak Awards
Once again, it's time to honor the men and women of our industry most on top of their games. Presented by AAF-Birmingham, The Peak Awards is an awards competition to honor top advertising professionals for their work and dedication in the advertising and marketing fields in the Birmingham area. Mark your calendars and join us from 5:30 to 8:30 at Old Car Heaven, 115 35th Street South.
This year, The Peak Awards gets crazy when, in addition to our celebration of excellence, we host a Funky Furniture Auction. From the coolest of couches and the loungiest of love seats to killer coffee tables and amped accessories – if it's groovy, we've got it.
So be there. Don't be the one standing around at work on November the 4th who didn't go to the Peak Awards and has no idea what everybody else is talking about.
All Peak Awards entries are free the entry deadline has been extended to October 23, 2009 at 6:00 pm
General Requirements:
- Nominations are opened to individuals and companies in the advertising profession and related industry roles. Nominees and nominators are not limited to members of the AAF, and may include anyone from various profession roles and positions in the local Birmingham advertising industry.
- Awards nominees must be currently employed by advertising, marketing, public relations, promotions, media sales, printing or a production entity or a related advertising field. Although the Peek Awards are sponsored by AAF-Birmingham, it is not necessary to be a member of AAF to nominate or nominate someone.
- Every nomination must be entered with all information line at the AAF website. By hitting agree on the nomination form – verifies that all information enter is true.
- Nominees must demonstrate excellence within a specific industry role or category.
- Nominees may be entered in more than one category.
- Nominees will be judged strictly on the nomination provided through this awards process and the information provided on the online submission form.
- This is a peer-nominated event, which will be judged by experts from outside of Alabama and judges will have no prior knowledge of the nominees and their decisions will be final.
